Return Policy

• We are committed to your satisfaction. To initiate a return, ‌contact us for the designated return address‌ before shipping items back. All returned merchandise ‌must be in original unworn condition with tags attached‌ (unwashed, unaltered).

• All items delivered correspond exactly to your selections on kicksretro.com‌. Refunds for correct items are subject to a ‌15% restocking fee‌. Original shipping fees ‌are non-refundable‌.

• Customers bear return shipping costs‌. We strongly recommend ‌adding tracking and insurance‌, as we ‌cannot assume liability for lost shipments‌.

• Return only to the address provided in our confirmation email‌.

Exchanges

• Size/color exchanges are accepted ‌within 30 calendar days‌ of shipment. Provide your ‌Order ID to our support agent‌. For style changes, ‌process a return and place a new order‌.

• Pre-approval is mandatory‌. Items showing wear/damage ‌will be returned at customer's expense‌.

• Customers cover all exchange shipping costs‌, including redelivery. ‌Tracking & insurance are strongly advised‌.

• FINAL NOTICE: Verify product specifications before purchase‌. Consult our ‌Sizing Guide‌ to ensure optimal fit.

Order Cancellation

• Order cancellation must be requested prior to dispatch.

‌ • A 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total order value.‌

• Due to accelerated order processing (within 6-8 hours after placement), cancellation availability is time-sensitive.‌

• Requests post-dispatch will be processed per our Return Policy.‌
